Rules and general conditions of the Sunčani Hvar Rewards loyalty program

The Rewards Club is a loyalty program (hereinafter: Program) conducted by Sunčani Hvar d.d., Ive Miličića 3, OIB: 29834131149 (hereinafter: Company). The purpose of the Program is to reward the loyalty of users of the services provided by the Company, but it does not constitute a prize game. Each Program participant who meets certain conditions is entitled to various benefits. The list of services included in the Program can be found at the following link:

The Company reserves the right to modify the list of participating facilities at any time.
Any natural person who is at least 18 years old, regardless of nationality, can become a member of the Program.
Membership in the Program can be initiated through:
The user is required to fill in all mandatory fields when completing the Program application: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address.
Each member is required to inform the Company in case of changes to personal data provided in the application form. The Company assumes no responsibility for the inability to use the Program benefits if the member has provided incorrect or incomplete information.
Before completing the membership process, the user will be informed about these Rules as well as the Privacy Policy, which will be sent to them via email.
The membership process is completed once the user confirms their membership via the link received in their email after filling out the application form.
Each member is entitled to one user account. The user account is accessed by logging in on the Company’s official website. When accessing the user account for the first time, the member must create a password.
If a program member forgets their password, they can always reset it when attempting to log in online to the loyalty program by clicking on “Forgot your password?” and following the further instructions.
The user account displays:
The user account is not a means of payment and can only be used by the member with whom it is linked. The member cannot authorize a third party to use the account or the rights arising from it, nor can the rights acquired through the Program be transferred to a third party.
The member is responsible for all actions related to their user account, and the Company reserves the right to deactivate the account if the member does not use it in accordance with these Rules, which will result in the loss of unused benefits.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any unauthorized use of benefits related to compromised user accounts.
A Program member cannot book accommodation for friends or family using their membership details and available benefits or acquire new benefits in this way unless they stay with them in the reserved accommodation.
The member has the right to submit a request for the retroactive recognition of benefits based on membership if they believe that certain benefits have not been granted in accordance with these Rules. The request should be submitted via the following email address: [email protected].
The request will be reviewed and decided upon by the Reservation Center manager, who is required to provide a written response within 10 days of receiving the request. The request must include, in addition to the personal details required for identification, the relevant reservation number for hotel accommodation.
The program consists of a single membership level with the following benefits.
This level applies to all newly registered members participating in the Program. Members at this level are entitled to a 5% discount on accommodation bookings, a free upgrade to a higher-category room (subject to availability), a welcome drink upon arrival at the accommodation, a welcome surprise in the room, and a 10% discount in any of the Company's à la carte restaurants.
The protection and processing of personal data collected by Sunčani Hvar from loyalty program members are governed by the Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Company’s website.
Any member of the Program may cancel their membership at any time through the online interface for loyalty program members, by sending a notification to the email [email protected], calling +385 21 750555, or by sending a registered letter to Sunčani Hvar d.d., Ive Miličića 3, 21450 Hvar.
The membership is considered terminated upon receipt of the cancellation notice. Upon cancellation, all rights and benefits acquired under the loyalty program cease to be valid. In the event of the member’s death, acquired rights and benefits cannot be transferred to third parties, and they will automatically be revoked, with the deceased member’s user data deleted.
The Company assumes no responsibility for material or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the rights and benefits of this loyalty program:
Any disputes between the Company and a program member related to the interpretation of provisions and the application of these Rules will primarily be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in Split will have jurisdiction.
These Rules are subject to change. Any significant changes to these Rules that involve modifications to membership conditions or changes to the loyalty program levels will be publicly announced on the Company's official website. Program members will be individually informed of these changes via the email address they registered with and will provide their consent for continued membership in the Program in the same manner. The Company assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by Members upon the implementation of these changes.
These Rules take effect on the date of adoption.
