How does the hotel serve dinner and breakfast?

Breakfast is always served buffet style, while dinner is a la carte, with extra charge. Sometimes the guests choose to have dinner as HB option and this is also served from pre-set menu, unless there are more than 20 guests on HB dinner, which is then served buffet.
