We procure many of our ingredients exclusively from Pharos plain, called Ager- the largest and most fertile field on the Adriatic islands, which is kept for agricultural purposes for more than 2400 years without major contemporary construction which would endanger its original image! So loose your taste buds and don’t count calories!
